Account & Registration

8 questions

Registering a we1w account is simple and free. Visit the Register, enter your username, email address, phone number, and preferred password. Then verify your account via the link sent to your email. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes. Once verified, you can make a deposit and start playing right away.

The minimum age to register and play at we1w is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. During the KYC verification process, you will need to submit a copy of an identity document confirming your age. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before you can make your first withdrawal or when your account activity exceeds certain thresholds. You will need to submit a copy of a valid MyKad or passport, and sometimes proof of address. The review process is typically completed within 24 business hours. KYC is a standard security measure that protects both you and the platform from fraud.

No. Each individual is only permitted one we1w account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our support team for assistance — do not open a new account.

To update your email or phone number, log in to your account and go to Account Settings. Changes to key contact information require additional identity verification to ensure your account's security. This process is designed to prevent unauthorised parties from taking over your account by altering important details.

If you wish to close your account, contact the we1w customer support team via live chat. Make sure you have withdrawn all available balance before requesting closure. We also offer the option to temporarily deactivate your account if you simply need a break — this is part of our commitment to responsible gaming.

Visit the page Login and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. This link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team for immediate assistance.

we1w operates and provides its core services for the Malaysian market. Deposit & Withdrawal

7 questions

we1w accepts a variety of deposit methods including FPX (direct bank transfer via internet banking), popular local e-wallets, and standard bank transfers. All FPX and e-wallet deposits are processed in real time — funds arrive in your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed.

The minimum deposit at we1w is RM 30 for most payment methods. The maximum limit depends on your chosen payment method and account tier. VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits compared to standard members. For details on current limits, check the deposit page in your account or contact customer support.

Withdrawal requests at we1w are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your chosen withdrawal method and whether your KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals to e-wallets tend to be faster than standard bank transfers. VIP members enjoy priority processing for faster withdrawals.

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for several reasons: KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, bank account details are incorrect, or activity has been flagged by our security system. Check your email for a notification from we1w explaining the reason for the rejection. If the issue persists, contact customer support with your transaction number.

we1w does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees depending on the method you use. We recommend checking with your bank or payment provider beforehand if you are concerned about third-party charges.

No. For your security and to prevent money laundering, we1w withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified through the KYC process. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be automatically rejected.

If your deposit hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, first check whether the transaction was successfully processed on your bank's end (look for a receipt or SMS notification). If your bank confirms the transaction was successful but your we1w balance hasn't been updated, contact our customer support and provide proof of payment (a screenshot of the receipt or transaction reference) to facilitate the investigation.

Bonus & Promotions

5 questions

New we1w members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. In addition, free spins are automatically credited for selected slot games. All promotions are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and you receive a RM100 bonus, you need to place bets totalling RM2,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn. Each bonus has a different wagering rate — check the promotions page for specific details on each offer.

Bonus validity periods vary depending on the type of promotion. Welcome bonuses typically need to be claimed and their wagering requirements completed within 7 to 30 days from the credit date. Free spins usually need to be used within 3 to 7 days. Check each promotion's details in your account page for the exact expiry date.

Yes, you have the option to decline a bonus when making a deposit if you prefer to play without the associated wagering requirements. This is your right as a member. One thing to note — once a bonus has been credited to your account, you cannot decline it retroactively. The decision to accept or decline must be made during the deposit process.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on your net losses over a week (Monday to Sunday). The cashback percentage you receive depends on your membership tier — the higher your VIP level, the higher the cashback rate. Cashback funds are credited to your account every Monday and may be subject to minimum wagering requirements. Check the VIP for more information on cashback benefits by tier.

Security & Login

we1w uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers — the same level used by financial institutions and major banks. Your personal data is stored on servers protected by multiple layers of security and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except as set out in the Privacy Policy ours.

Log in to your account, go to Settings > Security, and enable the "Two-Factor Authentication" option. Once activated, every time you log in from a new device or location, a verification code will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS. We recommend all members enable 2FA as an added layer of protection for their account.

Act immediately: (1) Change your password right away. (2) Check your login history in account settings for any unrecognized devices or locations. (3) Contact we1w customer support via live chat and report the incident. Our security team will investigate and, if necessary, temporarily lock your account during the review. Don't wait — the sooner you act, the better.

Absolutely not. The we1w team will never ask for your password through any channel — whether email, live chat, SMS, or phone. If anyone claims to be a we1w staff member and asks for your password, it is a scam. Report such incidents to us immediately and do not share any sensitive information with them.

Games & Technical

we1w offers over 500 games across three main categories: (1) Slot Games — video slots with diverse themes and bonus features from world-class providers; (2) Live Casino — baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other live games with human dealers via high-quality video stream; and (3) Fish Shooting Games — a variety of fish shooting game variants popular in Malaysia.

Yes. All games on we1w use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent third-party bodies. The RNG ensures that every slot spin and game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated — by we1w or by players. In addition, our Live Casino games use physical cards and real equipment that you can see in real time via camera.

Don't worry. Our system automatically records all spins and game transactions. If your connection drops during an active spin, the result will be resolved by our servers and your account balance will be updated correctly once you reconnect. If you notice any discrepancy after reconnecting, contact support with the relevant time and game details.

Some slot games on we1w offer a demo mode that lets you play for free without real money. This is useful for understanding game mechanics before playing with real money. However, demo mode is not available for all games, and winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn. Live Casino games are only available to logged-in members.

RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of money returned to players over the long term. Each slot game has a different RTP, typically between 94% and 98% for games on we1w. RTP information for each game can be found on that game's info screen. Keep in mind that RTP is calculated over millions of spins and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
